These skateboard graphics are all over the place… and that’s the point. One week I’m studying Marc McKee’s work which was the kind of stuff that made parents nervous and skaters obsessed, the next it’s some conspiracy story about long-lost sunken treasure

I don’t box myself in, and I definitely don’t treat these graphics like they’re sacred pieces of art. They’re made to get scratched, chipped, destroyed. That’s when these graphics really start to tell a story.
